Work Scheduling & Time Attendance: Employees can schedule their own availabilities, by date/time/location with exceptions. Reminder by SMS, Emails and in Print format. Employee Availability list available. Quick sick leave and no-show replacement in one single operation.

Worked hours can then be feed to Desjardins/CGI Payroll System in no time. Pay is then deposited to the person's personnal account.

User Defined Grids (UDG): Flexibility; Add new grids of information by the users, no need for programmers. If all of a sudden a new requirement arises, simply use the Design tool to build the new screens with grids to collect data. This data becomes instantly searchable, and available to be merged in MS-Word lists, letters, labels and so on.

These grids can be used to link data for multiple persons, like a list of persons that have a special need. These grids can also act as an extension of the personal record of any individual, like a patient, a doctor, health support person.

Calendaring: Schedule task for patients, schedule training such as RCR and other.

Workflow: Automates processes involving both machine and human tasks, usually in a linear sequence. However, task sequences can also be dynamic and/or parallel depending on actions taken or the needs of the process.
Example: After a task is completed, the next task automatically appears, a document is generated and sent to the doctor, but the course of action might be modified on the fly with the new procedure or protocol added to the patient File.
